In recent years, the regulations relating to Estates, Property and Companies have changed beyond recognition. What was once a relatively simple exercise is now complex and involved. This is especially so where property, land, a business or investments are involved.
There are plenty of practitioners in the marketplace who will offer you a one-size-fits-all solution. Unfortunately, many of these lack the experience and know-how to understand the complexities of Estate, Tax and Business planning.
To plan your Estate effectively, you need specialist expertise. This is where METTLaw excels. Take us on, and you’ll know you’re in good hands. We bring with us decades of experience in the field of Tax and Estate Planning.

Senior level work, e.g. dispute resolution/litigation, tax advisory, corporate advisory, intellectual property advice, etc. is performed by a Manager. Most other routine based work, e.g. document preparation including Wills, contracts, power of attorney, and tax returns, company filings, court filings, etc. are performed by a Paralegal. A Paralegal's work is always supervised and reviewed by a Manager.
We charge an hourly rate for our services, i.e. £250 / €290 per hour for a Manager, and £125 / €140 per hour for a Paralegal. These are market rates and we believe that we are neither cheaper nor more expensive than other law practices in the region.
Alternatively, we can agree a fixed fee with a client in advance. Please contact us if you would like to agree a fixed fee before we commence the work. Once agreed, the hourly rates will not apply to you and you will receive only one invoice to pay.
Make sure that your beneficiaries are looked after in the most tax-efficient manner possible.
Secure your Estate against the risk of unnecessary tax. We’ll make sure your home, investments, savings, business interests, life insurance are protected as much as they possibly can be.

Are you starting a business? Or are you already established? Either way, your company needs to comply with the legal requirements - annual filings to Companies House and HMRC in the UK, and the tax and regulatory authorities overseas.
